  11. I started using Visio, Word, and Access to
  12. document my Fusion effort.  I quickly found that
  13. the overhead associated with iterating and making
  14. slight modifications to analysis and design was
  15. quite large.

  17. If you value your time (or if you company values
  18. your time) and you can affort it, a CASE tool will
  19. greatly improve your through put.  How much time
  20. will you have to waste (your already $300+ in the
  21. hole) before a $3000 CASE tool would pay for
  22. itself?
